As of Saturday, July 21st, Alaiyo is a new member of the Brooklyn Watercolor Society!
Introducing: Alaiyo Bradshaw – new BWS member "I am a visual journalist who works in watercolor. I am also a College Professor at Parsons School of Design. My conceptual illustrations have been published in magazines, children's books, posters, book jackets, murals and more. To name a few, my clients include The New York Times Magazine, Harcourt Brace, McGraw-Hill, 20/20. I think of my paintings as single frame narratives–windows into the subject. I have a line of custom-made wearable art and accessories based on my paintings which includes scarves, pillows, tops, men's ties, leather goods, and tapestries. I love painting with friends, bringing images to life, my style of dressing, teaching, going to performances, traveling and cats." . . . . #brooklynwatercolorsociety @artist_alaiyo #watercolor #watercolour #acuarela #catsofinstagram #cats #portrait #artista #artsy #aquarelle #artist_community #artistic
